Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy for each visitor to our Web page, is that our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, users specific information on what pages consumer’s access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

This Privacy Policy also is intended to inform you that we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

Our Privacy Policy also guarantees that when we custom make a candle we will receive images from you that are to be used exclusively for your candles. If we decide that we want to use your candle as a sample on our website, our policy we will ask your permission in writing.

Our Privacy Policy is very simple. We will never trade or sell your information to anyone.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, our policy is to please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.

Terms of Use Statement and ReturnPolicy

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect , incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the user or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

ReturnPolicy

We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date. Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged after event date regardless if they are defective or damaged, as Candles4Everything cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise. We will not ship any custom made candle without your prior approval. During the design process you will have the opportunity to authorize images, text and size. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have an RA NUMBER before returning. We will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. Candles4Everything will pay to ship authorized replacements via USPS ground service only. Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date; this will help alleviate rush-shipping charges. If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damages please follow the instructions below: Was the shipping container damaged? If so, please take a picture of container and damaged item and send it to sales@candles4everything.com for a possible claim to be made with the shipper. Call 1-786-683-6903 and ask to speak to the returns department Place the RA # given (return authorization number) on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly by the returns department in our offices. PLEASE NOTE: Any package arriving with out a return authorization number will be returned to sender. Be sure the item you are returning for inspection is packaged properly, as Candles4Everything is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging. You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source, as Candles4Everything cannot be responsible to merchandise lost in transit.
